Precise TV Acquires Triton Advertising and Announces a Partnership with IRIS.TV

The leading kid-safe contextual advertising platform, Precise TV, has announced a strategic partnership with IRIS.TV, the leading video data platform.   Connecting to IRIS.TV aids in the expansion of Precise TV’s proprietary buy-side solution into the connected TV (CTV) supply marketplace.

Precise TV’s contextual intelligence enables brand-safe, relevant, and privacy-compliant video campaigns that reach audiences across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and connected TV by leveraging a combination of proprietary machine learning models.

This partnership will allow both parties to access video-level data from both connected TV and free ad-supported TV environments. Precise TV will analyze the video-level metadata it receives from IRIS.TV and will organize it into tiered categories.  Additionally,  it will create audience personas, such as outdoor enthusiasts, social gamers, and coffee lovers, to name a few. As a result of this partnership, media buyers will purchase brand-appropriate media and audience segments that are more likely to deliver business outcomes across digital and CTV.

 

Additionally, Precise TV has announced the acquisition of Triton Advertising, strengthening the company’s media buying and performance marketing capabilities. This agreement expands Precise TV’s contextual platform’s ability to assist brands in purchasing business outcomes-based premium video impressions across YouTube and connected TV. Triton’s consultative approach and revenue-driving performance established it as a critical partner to major holding companies and some of the world’s largest ad spenders. Triton Advertising CEO Scott Hansen joins the Precise TV leadership team as a result of the acquisition. Hansen, a seasoned veteran of advanced advertising solutions, will take on the role of Senior Vice President, Strategic Sales.
