TransUnion Pays $3.1B For Marketing Data Giant Neustar, Expanding Diversification

Top U.S. credit bureau TransUnion has acquired ad tech and analytics company Neustar for $3.1 billion.

TransUnion has introduced TruAudience, a new consumer targeting services subsidiary.

This year, Neustar, which expects to produce $575 million in revenue, is a well-known audience data platform.
